Pure Muscle. The building uses for its construction prefabricated concreted elements, on its stucture and for the façade. Far from frivolity, the construction technics holds its value in the understanding of the landscape and the heritage of Herrera de Duque. Straightforward, a naked building with the austere conditions needed to build a refuge, and a non-prejudiced use of material and space, detached from the superflous, but enough to provide shelter under the extreme climatological circunstances of "la Siberia" |
